Specializing in personal training for women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction or postpartum needs.  I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Personal Trainer  that specializes in Pelvic Floor PT. I offer safe progressive training without fear of injury or worsening your current condition of Diastasis Recti, urinary incontinence, prolapse or pelvic pain. I also provide personal training for women wanting safe progression post Physical Therapy to return to sport and other active lifestyles. I am available to assist in home exercise compliance while undergoing Physical Therapy, working closely with your therapist to carry out their instructions. I am available for individual or small groups in Seminole and Volusia counties.  As a mom of four, I understand the struggle to balance self care with family and work time.
